This is the song I had the most fun dancing to at Walter and Andy's wedding...

As for born-again Christians, that's a redundant term and I have no idea why the group that uses the term chose it. But I am not affiliated with this group in any way. Hopefully you didn't mean me but I'm not sure you know anyone else who became a Christian....
